Delete your account
This deletes your portal account and the data that exists only for it. You do not need the app installed — confirming a code emailed to your address is enough.
What is deletedYour account profile, signed-in devices, authenticator pairing, notification registrations and any pending sign-in codes — removed from our active systems immediately, and from encrypted backups in the ordinary cycle, usually within 90 days.What we must keepAs a legal practice we retain your client and matter file, trust accounting, identity-verification and AML/CTF records where required, and our security and sign-in logs. These are access-restricted and destroyed when the legal basis expires — see our Privacy Policy.The effectYou are signed out everywhere, on the portal and the app. If you are entitled to access in future — for example on a new matter — signing in again creates a new, empty account.
